Stunning NEW 4 BR, 4.5 BA Townhome w/ Rooftop Deck! Sleeps 12!

I would love to give a better review, but I’ve attempted to contact the host as well as “Kati” who was supposed to be the contact while there, to report upon arrival a horrible stench on the property. No response to phone calls, texts, or emails. I’ve tried multiple times since check in almost two weeks ago. Nothing. Fortunately my husband spoke with a housekeeper on property on our second day of the trip. There was a dead animal in the garage and nobody could have checked this property prior to our arrival. The smell was overwhelming. The garage looks to be the storage facility for the row of units. The description states parking for two cars in the garage. Not true with the clutter. The stairs leading to the living area were very dirty. The noisy traffic was non stop from 5 AM until 11 PM. The garbage was overflowing when we arrived and garbage pickup did not occur until 3 days after our arrival. The front bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathrooms do not have counter space for toiletries. There are so many things lacking, I would not recommend staying here. The kitchen did not have a can opener which is minor compared to the many other atrocities. They ask that you take photos of things ( like the disgusting living room rug) to show them your concerns, which I sent. No reply. Tennessee is so beautiful. Look elsewhere to enjoy the area.

The place was beautiful. Easily accessible and the owner communicated quickly. We had no issues.
