East Nashville Luxury Rooftop Stay

We don’t recommend this property. None of the beds have mattress protectors or pillow protectors in case the bed is soiled from guests. The protectors are needed for cleanliness and protection for every guest. The white towels were dingy brown and crusty, the black washcloths were dirty, and there were not any hand towels provided in any of the bathrooms. We took our own towels with us but should not have needed to use them if the property was as it was described in the ad listing. Host communication was terrible. We were instructed to call a number which nobody answered and nobody returned calls. Also, the listing doesn’t accurately reflect the number of stairs in this home. Beware if you struggle with stairs because its a 3 level home. Every staircase is about 20 stairs to the next level. Another issue we had was the home struggles with its plumbing. The lines get air locked easily. So if you are in the shower the sink fills up with water if someone washes their hands. Then the toilet doesn’t flush. I conveyed this to the owner but got no response. I messaged the property owner through VRBO and called the contact number even after checkout to discuss our concerns. I waited over a week and still haven’t gotten a response before posting this review.

The place was really nice and perfect for our multi- family. Everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathrooms! Check-in went smooth. And check-out super simple. Would rent again if we make our way back the Nashville again.

This home is beautiful centrally located being about 15min from the airport and broadway. The beds were comfortable and the decor ideal for groups. It is not handicapped accessible otherwise a great stay!
