Really great decor, clean and updated. It was nice to have a parking spot. It’s close enough to The Gulch to walk for shopping and dinner (we loved The Peg Leg porker). Nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay in this Gulch pad! I almost don't want to tell you about it so it is more available for me next time . It was perfect. Very clean and exactly as advertised. It is close to Broadway (5 minute drive). We also were able to walk to breakfast one morning to a cute little diner called Snooze down the street. Parking at the condo was easy and gated. We will booking again next time we come to Nashville. The owners were available and messaged immediately when I had a question. Thanks again for a great stay.

The place was conveintly located. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet and seemd safe. There is a highway right by and the traffic sounds were fairly loud. The place was well stocked except for kleenex, sufficient hangers and body wash. They need to step up with their cleaning. The floors were dirty with noticeable crumbs and even a fake fingernail. The walls in the bathroom were dirty and the shower floors needed to be cleaned better (hair in the drain). It was really a very nice place and if this issure could be attended to it would be great.
